When I went to talk face to face they told me different price and showed me double on the invoice. their purpose is not to help customers, but to put them in a difficult situation. They have a manager who blames their inexperienced employees. If you are going to work with them, think twice!

The website states it’s their for the customer and to maximise the refund which could not be further from the truth for the Southport Office. I wasn’t happy with the outcome and asked to not proceed, now I’m being bullied and harassed for $302.50 for an unsatisfactory service.

I mean all professions are respectable but at that time I was in process of getting a partner visa, what if that information would go to immigration? Unbelievably unprofessional, would never use them again. And only found that out year later when checked my previous returns. Wouldn't give a review as didn't remember their name but hey, they sent me a text today, yeah, maybe sending spam is not always a good idea!
