  I've bought a 17" Asus laptop for good price in Southport Umart. A real bargain. Guys were great & helpful. I would recommend it to anyone who would like to purchase any Tech.

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! NEVER ORDER FROM UMART!!
  
  I wish I could leave a zero star review.
  
  I ordered $2500 worth of computer parts from their online store and weeks later, when I thought it was already shipped, I was notified that they didn't have what I ordered in stock.
  
  After a lot of back and forth, them not answering my emails, having to pay extra for express shipping due to their own mistakes, my order wasn't even shipped for weeks.
  
  When my order finally arrived parts were MISSING and there were no invoices anywhere to be found. I called their customer service and got ZERO help after being on the phone for an hour. I still don't know if I'm going to get my computer, if I can get a refund or just what is going on.
  
  This whole ordeal has been the most infuriating and disappointing customer experience I have ever had. I will never in my life purchase from Umart again and will recommend everyone I know to stay away from them.

  As Usual U mart have been super helpful. I had the pleasure of dealing with Gabrielle who helped deal with my mis-configured account. On pick up of my Item The staff member at Southport store Double checked the part I had bought would suit my system and that I had adequate cooling. Pricing is good also. Please remind me to buy thermal paste next time though :)

  The gold standard, quality products at the right price, prompt response to sales and service inquiries as well as warranty issues. Umart impressed me when their original store opened in the early naughties and I used to travel to Milton to pick up my kit, and have gone from strength to strength over the years. If they can't help you, they tell you who can, an outstanding company
